Responsibilities: * Providing support and guidance to group employees in IT environments, with an emphasis on teamwork and participation in new and challenging projects. * Setting up and configuring user accounts, AD, Exchange, virtualization, DRP, telephony, and more. * Installing end-user workstations — familiarity with personal equipment such as desktops, laptops, corporate telephony, and peripheral devices in the user environment, including operating systems. * Handling and maintaining the company’s IT and telephony systems, including IP-based PBX systems. Qualifications: * Knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft systems, including operating systems and Office products- required. * Experience with NTFS, permissions, and group creation- required. * At least 2–3 years of experience in troubleshooting within networking and computing, with basic knowledge of communication protocols such as TCP, IP, DHCP, DNS- required. * Good English (spoken and written)- required. * Knowledge and experience with update-deployment systems such as BigFix, SCCM- an advantage. * Familiarity with EDR products (e.g., ESET, SentinelOne)- an advantage. Personal Skills: * Strong customer-service orientation. * Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. * Diligence. * Ability and willingness for self-learning.
