The Technology Division plays a critical role in enabling business growth through advanced IT solutions, strategic vendor partnerships, and large-scale technology investments in Israel and globally. This is a unique opportunity to take part in complex, high-impact procurement processes within a large enterprise environment, working closely with senior technological and business stakeholders. What You’ll Do: * Lead end-to-end IT procurement processes for complex, large-scale engagements with vendors in Israel and abroad * Manage strategic negotiations and execute complex commercial agreements across software, hardware, maintenance, and IT projects * Work closely with internal technology, business, and finance stakeholders to understand needs and align procurement strategies * Conduct vendor mapping, risk assessment, and supplier lifecycle management with a long-term business perspective * Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices Qualifications: Must: * 5+ years of proven experience in IT procurement within large organizations, managing budgets of tens of millions of NIS * Demonstrated experience in leading negotiations and closing complex IT transactions with local and global vendors * Strong understanding of the IT market in Israel and globally – vendors, manufacturers, pricing models, and procurement methodologies * Excellent commercial mindset with the ability to drive long-term value and optimal contract structures * Strong analytical skills and experience presenting data and insights to senior executives * Bachelor’s degree * High proficiency in Hebrew and English (reading, writing, and speaking) with excellent negotiation skills * An Advantage: * Experience working in financial institutions or large regulated organizations * Hands-on experience with ERP procurement systems – SAP is a strong advantage
