Our team is expanding, and we are looking for an IT Help desk technician to join our team to answer queries on technical issues and offer advice to solve them. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance over the phone or email, perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
