What you’ll do? * Analysis of large‑scale non‑traded credit transactions in Israel and abroad * Support of rating processes and debt restructuring procedures * Conducting comprehensive analysis, including leading the due‑diligence process for complex debt transactions * Formulating investment recommendations and presenting them to credit and investment committees * Direct interface with senior stakeholders within the company and with leading corporations in the market What are we looking for? * Bachelor’s degree in AccountingEconomicsFinance Business Administration * At least 2 years of experience as an analyst from banking corporate divisionsconsulting firmseconomic departmentsproject finance capital markets * High proficiency in Excel * Experience in building financial models – an advantage Why join us?
