: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, a strong work ethic, and a passion for finance. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis * Perform market research and industry analysis * Assist in the preparation of pitch books and client presentations * Support senior bankers in executing transactions * Interact with clients and stakeholders to gather information and insights Qualifications: * At least 2 years of relevant experience – Accounting, Investment Banking, Strategy, Due diligence, Valuation * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA an advantage * Strong analytical and quantitative skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PPT and financial modeling * Knowledge of accounting and financial concepts; ability to analyze and value businesses * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines * Fluent English * Highest level of ethics
