Your role will include: Creation and production of content for the department's ongoing activities, including : Preparation of background materials, participation in meetings, and writing minutes for meetings of the International Council, Board of Directors, and their committees. Preparation of reports and official letters on behalf of the Institute's President and the Chairs of the International Council and Board of Directors. Assistance in writing speeches, publishing discussion points and periodic publications, assistance in reviewing and editing additional content. Inputting and updating content on the International Council's website. Working across various interfaces, within the Institute and beyond. Skills and abilities: Academic degree / certified engineer / certified technician – required (academic degree in relevant fields such as international relations, social sciences/humanities, business administration, public policy, or a related field – significant advantage). Native-level proficiency in Hebrew and English, including high-level professional writing, as well as a very high level of expression in English, both written and verbal – required. Experience in writing and editing in English and Hebrew – required. Full proficiency in Office applications (with emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Discretion. High level of service orientation and interpersonal communication. Organizational skills, accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail. Ability to work across multiple interfaces and handle numerous tasks, both independently and as part of a team. Willingness and availability to work beyond regular hours when necessary.
