An international cosmetics organisation with a strong global footprint is seeking an International Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key clients across multiple international markets. Role Overview This role is responsible for end-to-end management of international client accounts, combining relationship management, commercial oversight, and business development. The position plays a key role in supporting global growth through close collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities * Managing international client accounts, including order coordination, customer support, issue resolution, and financial follow-up * Developing, monitoring, and supporting marketing plans for assigned clients, including public relations activities, product launches, promotional programmes, and digital marketing initiatives * Identifying and developing new business opportunities, including prospect outreach, negotiation management, and leading commercial processes through to engagement * Supporting business development activities such as participation in international trade shows, lead identification, and expansion of client portfolios * Analysing client performance and sales results, and building data-driven action plans to support growth and optimisation * Maintaining strong, long-term client relationships while ensuring commercial objectives are met Requirements * Professional-level fluency in English is required * At least two years of experience in international B2B sales or in a sales/account management role * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Demonstrated ability to work consistently toward targets and measurable objectives * Proven experience managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through ongoing account management * Strong commercial awareness with a business-oriented and results-driven mindset
