Keshet Media Group is hiring an Infrastructure & Information Security Manager Keshet Media Group is looking for an experienced Infrastructure & Information Security Manager to lead and manage the organization’s core IT infrastructure and information security domains. This role combines team leadership with hands-on work and includes end-to-end responsibility for enterprise IT infrastructure and operational security. What will you do in this role? * Lead and manage the Infrastructure and Information Security team, including professional guidance, mentoring, and employee development * Perform hands-on work across infrastructure and security domains: operations, troubleshooting, implementations, upgrades, and changes * Take full ownership of the organization’s core IT infrastructure, including: * user and access management, servers and virtualization environments, storage and backups, email and Microsoft services, networks and communication, and endpoint systems * Lead the operational and architectural aspects of the organization’s information security * Manage and lead complex, cross-organizational projects – from requirements and architecture design to implementation and vendor management * Build and maintain a long-term infrastructure and security roadmap, including standards, policies, and continuous improvement processes What are we looking for? Mandatory requirements: * At least 5 years of managerial experience as an Infrastructure Manager in a mid-to-large or complex organization * Proven experience operating Data Center infrastructure and server rooms * Experience leading cross-organizational projects, including architecture design and technology implementation * Hands-on experience managing servers, virtualization, storage, backups, endpoints, and networking (switches, firewalls) * Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Microsoft environments: AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, Exchange 365 * Proven experience in operational information security: EDR/XDR, firewalls, segmentation, monitoring, and log management * Strong service-oriented mindset, high professionalism, and clear, respectful communication skills * Proven leadership and ability to motivate teams and organizational partners * Broad, systemic thinking, strong sense of ownership, organization, and prioritization skills * High availability when required, including during critical incidents and outages Strong advantages: * Experience working with cloud and hybrid environments: AWS / Azure / Google Cloud, including infrastructure and security projects * Familiarity with security hardening methodologies, Zero Trust, advanced IAM, and identity/device management tools (MDM / Intune) * Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, AWS Security Specialty
