Our team provides services of design, implementation, and support of large-scale Azure Cloud Infrastructure to many Corporations and Startups in Israel and abroad, while collaborating with different Vendors such as Microsoft. The company supplies comprehensive solutions for complex Cloud and IT environments: Azure, Hybrid, On Premise, etc. We are looking for a people-oriented person who is a team player to join our truly special family. Job description IT Solutions Specialist installs, implements, configures, and supports IT infrastructures, providing large-scale IT solutions. The job includes hands-on activities in customers’ sites and remotely to ensure successful integration. As an IT Solutions Specialist, you will handle different projects in diverse fields of knowledge and services such as: * IT infrastructures. * VMware, vSphere. * Microsoft systems (AD, Exchange, SCCM, Intune, Terminal Server). * Office 365 services. * Networking (FW, Switches, Router). * Systems Backups (Metallic, Veeam). * Operation systems (Windows, Linux). * Storage systems (EMC, NETAPP, HPE). We are looking for someone with personal qualities such as: * Good communications and interpersonal skills. * Strong executive presence with comforting representation to decision-makers. * Initiative, results-oriented, self-learner, process-oriented, independent, and self-motivated. * Good escalation & troubleshooting skills. Professional requirements Must * Experience of 3+ years in the IT industry. * Experience in installing, configuring, and managing Microsoft products (SCCM, Exchange, Active Directory, etc.). * Experience in Microsoft Office 365 Cloud services. * Experience in installing, configuring, and managing VMware/Hyper-V. * Experience in managing Windows systems. * High level English – writing, speaking, reading. * Out-of-hours support availability. Advantage * Microsoft Certifications. * Good understanding of Data Center Networking (TCP/IP, etc.) * Experience in Power Shell/Python/Perl/Bash. * Experience in Microsoft Security Solutions (Microsoft Defender for endpoint, Defender for Identity , Sentinel, etc) * Experience in managing Unix systems. * Experience in Security solutions (EDR, ATA, CABS, etc.).
