Role Overview We are looking for a talented and proactive Information System Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Jerusalem. In this hands-on, on-site role, you will be responsible for building and optimizing the data backbone of our advanced production processes — from raw data to actionable insights — while driving continuous improvement in quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain end-to-end production databases * Design and implement advanced production dashboards for real-time monitoring and decision-making * Monitor and continuously enhance process quality control * Leverage AI tools to detect anomalies, build predictive models, and identify opportunities for process optimization * Perform in-depth process analysis with a proactive, improvement-oriented mindset Requirements * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analysis, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field * Strong expertise in Information Systems and data management * Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI and Dataverse — Advanced * 2–5 years of relevant professional experience — significant advantage * Strong analytical thinking, initiative, and ability to work independently * Excellent English (reading & writing) — required * Experience with AI/ML tools for anomaly detection or predictive analytics — advantage What We Offer * Work at the forefront of global laser technology — your work directly impacts revolutionary manufacturing processes * Dynamic, professional, and challenging environment in a fast-growing company * Opportunity to make a real impact on cutting-edge production systems Location: Jerusalem – full on-site presence required Employment Type: Full-time Ready to shape the future of intelligent manufacturing with one of the most innovative laser companies in the world?
