We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to join our Operational Excellence department at our Ma'agan Michael site. In this role, you will be a key player in optimizing work processes, maximizing resources, and fostering a continuous improvement mindset across the organization. Key Responsibilities: * Support managers and employees in streamlining workflows and increasing productivity. * Lead organizational learning and investigations (Kaizen, Case Study analysis). * Implement AI tools for process optimization and data-driven decision-making. * Drive cost-saving initiatives and resource maximization. Qualifications: * B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering (Production/Information Systems). * 3+ years of experience in a similar role within an industrial environment. * Strong data analysis and presentation skills. * Proactive, independent, and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills. * Experience in integrating AI tools for process optimization – a major advantage. * Previous managerial experience in Operations – an advantage.
