• Job Summary The finance director at HP Indigo is a senior executive and member of the leadership team, responsible for managing all financial operations of the company, supporting business strategy, and ensuring compliance with global financial targets. The role combines responsibility for budget planning, risk management, financial control, and reporting to both local management and HP’s global headquarters. Responsibilities
• Comprehensive Financial Management: Oversee annual budgeting, weekly forecasts, profitability analysis, and lead control processes.
• Strategy and Growth: Partner with the CEO and division heads to define business objectives, pricing strategies, and support investment decisions.
• Risk Management: Develop and implement policies for managing financial risks, including currency and operational exposures.
• Operational Optimization: Lead cost
• saving initiatives.
• Team Leadership: Manage the finance team in Israel, develop managers, and foster a culture of excellence and transparency. Education & Experience Recommended
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in economics/accounting/business administration; MBA is an advantage.
• Experience: At least 15 years in finance, including 5 years in a senior management role within a global organization.
• Professional Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial reporting, international standards, pricing, and complex budget management.
• Managerial Skills: Ability to lead large teams and work in a global, multi
• interface environment.
• Additional Skills: Strategic thinking, strong analytical ability, and business
