Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Import & Export Logistics Coordinator located at the company’s facilities in Meiron Industrial area. The Coordinator will handle end-to-end import and export operations, prepare and manage documentation, collaborate with freight forwarders and suppliers, and ensure compliant and timely shipment processing. Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer communication and ensuring client satisfaction in logistics processes. Requirements:
• Expitience in a similar role
• High level of English, especially written communication (emails)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
• Experience with ERP systems — Priority is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience working with local authorities and customs brokers in Israel and abroad
