We are looking for a senior HR Manager to lead all aspects of Human Resources in our company, with emphasis on organizational development, management training, and employee retention. Key Responsibilities: HR Strategy & Management:
– Full responsibility for all HR processes in the company
– Development and implementation of annual HR work plans and ongoing performance tracking
– Strategic partnership with CEO and senior management Organizational Development & Management Empowerment:
– Design and implementation of management training and development programs
– Close mentoring of managers, support and monitoring of managerial routines
– Leading organizational excellence processes Employee Lifecycle Management:
– End-to-end recruitment process management
– Onboarding, mentoring and guidance of new employees and managers
– Managing salary updates, promotions and exit processes Training & Development:
– Building and executing annual training plan aligned with organizational needs
– Identifying knowledge gaps and adapting development programs Welfare & Retention:
– Building annual welfare plan based on identified needs
– Leading employee retention processes and enhancing organizational commitment Labor Relations:
– Full responsibility for employment relations and labor law compliance
– Managing legal processes and interactions with external entities Reporting & Management:
– Direct reporting to Company CEO
– Direct management of HR Coordinator
