UBSI, a leading and stable company in the automotive and logistics sector, is seeking an Operational HR Coordinator for a significant role reporting to the company’s HR leadership. Key Responsibilities: * Operational Support: Provide ongoing administrative support to the Human Resources department. * Monitoring and Reporting: Manage workforce records, employee files, and attendance systems. * Recruitment: Support recruitment processes, including phone screening, interview coordination, and communication with recruitment agencies. * Employee Lifecycle: Take full responsibility for the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through ongoing support to termination of employment. * Employee Welfare: Coordinate and implement training, internal communications, and employee welfare activities. * Cross-Functional Interfaces: Work closely with managers and various stakeholders across the organization. Job Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Social Sciences, Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources) – required. * Experience: At least two years of experience as an HR Coordinator or in HR Administration – required. * Computer Skills: Full proficiency in Office applications and the ability to work with data and reports. * Skills: Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and outstanding interpersonal abilities. * Work Environment: Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-tasking, and high-pressure environment. * Languages: High level of Hebrew; Arabic is an advantage.
