Monitoring data quality, identifying anomalies, and improving data accuracy. Gathering business requirements for the development and implementation of new reports / identifying gaps, and correcting reports. Building dashboards and responding to data requests as needed. Improving the HR processes (process mapping, value chain, continues improvement) Managing the HR yearly workplans and budget Requirements 5+ years in HRIS/HR tech management within a global environment. Proven ability to build and own People data foundations: KPI frameworks, dashboards, reporting cadences, and data governance. Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel / Google Sheets required (BI tools
