We’re looking for a HR specialist to join our TLV site and support our Revenue organization. In this role, you’ll work closely and report directly to the Senior HRBP for Revenue and be a key partner for employees throughout their journey, from onboarding and development to mobility and offboarding. This is a people-facing role with a strong sense of ownership and impact. Responsibilities * Support employees throughout their journey: onboarding, development, mobility, and off boarding. * Help shape and improve the employee experience at the TLV site and within the Revenue organization. * Gather insights from the field to better understand themes, needs, and engagement drivers. * Support and coordinate growth, engagement, and site initiatives. * Maintain operational excellence across HR processes (HR data, payroll inputs, annexes, documentation, contracts, etc.). * Ensure cross-company HR processes run smoothly, consistently, and with attention to detail. * Use modern tools and technology, including AI, to work smarter, improve visibility, and support informed insights. * Partner with the Senior HRBP for Revenue on people-related processes and execution. * Serve as an entry point into HRBP work for candidates coming from business, legal, finance, consulting, operations, or other people-facing environments. Curiosity, reliability, and attention to detail are essential here. Requirements: * 1-2 years of HR experience (OD / Recruitment) or experience from relevant adjacent fields (Legal, Finance, Operations, Business, Consulting, Psychology). * Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build trust with employees. * Comfort adopting AI and modern tools; curiosity and no fear of technology. * Fluent English & Hebrew. * High accuracy, attention to detail, and strong execution discipline. * Advantage: experience in global environments.
