HR Manager – Relocation to APAC A well-established international healthcare provider is seeking a strategic and experienced HR professional to oversee HR operations across multiple establishments located within the same city in a developing country in Asia. This is an HR Manager/Senior BP level role. While we cannot disclose the specific country at this stage, the role requires close coordination across sites and a strong on-the-ground presence. This is a mission-critical role demanding strategic insight, agility, and the ability to manage diverse teams and shifting business needs with speed and confidence. Job Responsibilities: * Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals * Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and retention strategies * Manage relocation and work permit processes, legal documentation, and integration for expatriate staff * Ensure compliance with local labour laws and HR best practices * Use data-driven insights to elevate performance, engagement, and team dynamics * Be a trusted advisor to senior leadership and a bridge to multicultural, cross-functional teams * Champion a diverse and inclusive workplace culture * Liaise with external partners, legal counsel, and regulatory bodies as needed * Lead and develop an HR team across multiple site locations Requirements: * MUST: 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in fast-paced or regulated environments * MUST: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Law, or Business (mandatory for work permit eligibility) * MUST: Strong operational HR knowledge with a collaborative mindset * MUST: Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal and communication skills * MUST: Willingness to be relocated to the APAC region, with occasional local travel * Experience working in international or multicultural teams * Solid understanding of HR operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle * Ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate with clarity, and solve problems proactively * Unshakable under pressure, proactive in finding smart solutions What’s Offered: * A powerful, high-visibility leadership role with global influence * Competitive compensation and benefits * Career progression in a rapidly expanding healthcare company * A collaborative, multicultural environment where your voice matters * Make a real difference in people’s lives, every day.
