As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an HR Coordinator & Recruiter for a dynamic and hands-on role, with an initial focus on recruiting activities and gradual integration into HR operations. Key Responsibilities: * Support end-to-end recruitment processes * CV screening, initial interviews, and interview coordination * Ongoing communication with candidates and hiring managers * Supporting a positive and professional candidate experience * Administrative support for HR activities
– payroll & benefits support * Onboarding/offboarding of employees * HR projects and integration of HR systems Requirements: * Experience in recruiting
– Mandatory * Previous HR experience (payroll, benefits, training, etc.) – an advantage * High level of Hebrew and English proficiency (written and verbal) – Mandatory * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * High level of responsibility and discretion * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications * Knowledge of HR systems
