*The HR Business Partner* (HRBP) EBD is a generalist role and will support and enhance the effectiveness of critical operational areas and functions such as IT, Quality, Program Management, and Global Services. This role is key in ensuring that these operational areas are structured and equipped to support the wider business effectively, providing a global perspective while addressing local needs. The HRBP will work closely with leadership of Israel to establish and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensure information flow across regions, and align operational practices with global business strategies.
