HR Business Partner

A leading global technology and infrastructure company is looking for a talented HR Business Partner to join the team. This is a full-time onsite position based in central Israel near Ramat Gan. What you’ll do: * Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles – from engineers and technicians to tech and operational professionals. * Partner closely with managers to understand team needs and provide professional guidance throughout the hiring process. * Get involved in broader HR activities – onboarding, engagement, welfare, and organizational culture. * Work with global HR colleagues to align local and international HR practices. * Be a true partner to the business, balancing hands-on work with a strategic approach. What we’re looking for: * 5+ years of experience in recruitment – in tech, engineering, or industrial environments. * Experience sourcing through diverse channels and managing multiple roles simultaneously. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a can-do attitude and strong ownership. * Academic degree from a recognized university (required). * Fluent English – written and spoken. * A committed, independent, and energetic professional who loves working with people.
