We at Amarel are looking for a Help-Desk who loves solving problems and helping people! What does the role include? Providing phone technical support to end users at our service and support center. You'll handle daily computer issues, support organizational applications, and be the first point of contact for solving technological challenges. Full-time position (including overtime) You're a good fit if you have: * At least one year of experience in a technical support center * Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems * Ability to support organizational applications * Basic understanding of Linux and networking
