We’re Hiring: Help Desk Specialist In this role, you will be the "go-to" person for technical solutions, supporting our internal users and external vendors to ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently. What will you do? * Provide technical support for internal employees and external global vendors. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues. * Manage and maintain IT systems to ensure seamless business continuity. What are we looking for? * Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (Must). * Hands-on Experience: Proven experience with Active Directory (AD), Office Suite, Exchange, Terminal Server, and remote control tools. * Languages: High level of English – Must. * Mindset: A true team player with high service awareness, reliability, and the ability to multitask. * Education: Relevant IT courses/certifications – a significant advantage.
