We are looking for Elbit Systems is looking for a Head of Technical Management Team within the Helmet Mounted and Sensors Systems Directorate to join the Haifa site In this role you will Manage and lead several complex projects for key customers in Israel and abroad within the Helmet Mounted Systems business unit Hold full engineering responsibility for a cluster of projects in the FW HMDS train for Helmet Mounted and sensor systems
– from proposal stage and initial architecture definition, through development and transfer to production, up to delivery to the customer, including support for serial production Provide professional management and mentoring for a team of technical managers Lead engineering interfaces with customers in Israel and abroad, including major platform manufacturers and end users Drive and lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across projects Work closely with business units, production lines, and internal engineering organizations to ensure goal achievement Coordinate internal and external interfaces, including presenting project status, risks, and budget topics Requirements B.Sc. in Engineering – Electronics, Mechanics, Aeronautics, or Computers (M.Sc. — Advantage) Experience leading multidisciplinary projects Proven ability to lead and motivate teams and work in a matrix environment Experience managing development teams Familiarity with helmet‑mounted display systems (HMDS)
