Head of Supplier Quality | Yehud | IAI – Systems Missiles & Space Division We are looking for a Head of Supplier Quality to lead the supplier quality domain at IAI’s Systems and Engineering Plant, part of the Missiles & Space Division. The position includes:
• Managing and leading the supplier quality field in the plant, including policy, objectives, and process control
• Setting and aligning expectations with suppliers for new orders, including training and ongoing support
• Participating in the selection of subcontractors suited for required activities
• Initiating and leading continuous improvement programs in collaboration with suppliers
• Developing and implementing processes for supplier performance monitoring, evaluation, and measurement
• Managing interfaces with procurement, engineering, and project quality managers
• Presenting ongoing quality status reports to management regarding supplier performance What we’re looking for: Mandatory requirements:
• Israeli citizenship – required
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related academic field – required
• Over 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment developing and producing electromechanical or electronic assemblies – required
• Proven experience working with subcontractors – required Additional criteria (advantages):
• Experience in transfer from development to production or in engineering
• Experience in quality assurance
• Master’s degree in Quality Assurance
• Strong teamwork skills and broad system perspective Leadership criteria:
