Head of Project Management Division
– not software We’re looking for a senior leader to head the Project Management Division of a global technology company delivering complex infrastructure and control systems in Israel and worldwide. This is a key role managing the P&L, leading ~40 professionals across project management, integration, and service — with full responsibility for execution, delivery quality, and profitability. Key Responsibilities * Lead a division of ~40 professionals, including project managers, integration, installation, and service teams. * Manage subcontractors and oversee project execution to ensure quality, timelines, and profitability. * Oversee project pipeline, budget, and resource allocation across multiple projects. * Implement methodologies and standards for effective project management and pricing. * Partner with sales and business development teams to ensure smooth transition from presales to delivery. * Represent the delivery organization in tenders and client engagements. * Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement. Ideal background: * B.Sc. in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (MBA – advantage) * Senior Experience managing large, multidisciplinary technology or infrastructure projects * Proven experience managing big teams ,including managing managers * Strong leadership and operational skills * Proven track record managing budgets of 50M+ ILS and P&L full responsibility * Fluent English
