Main purpose of the role: The Head of Global Talent Acquisition, Mobility & Employer Branding is responsible for designing and executing the company’s global strategy for attracting, hiring, and mobilizing talent across all regions. The role ensures the company is positioned as an employer of choice worldwide, drives leadership and critical hiring, manages international mobility, and leads workforce planning processes to meet both immediate and future talent needs. Main Responsibilities: Global Talent Acquisition & Executive Search: * Define and implement global talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational growth. * Ensure consistent global recruitment standards, processes, and candidate experience across all geographies. * Implement advanced digital tools, AI, and assessment methodologies to improve quality and efficiency of hire. * Manage global recruitment processes for executive and critical leadership positions globally in partnership with the EVP HR and business leadership. * Negotiate employment terms and contracts with global candidates for senior and executive roles, ensuring competitiveness and compliance. * Lead negotiations and manage contracts with external suppliers and service providers (e.g., search firms, recruitment agencies, assessment vendors), ensuring cost efficiency, quality of service, and alignment with business needs. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: * Develop and implement global employer branding strategy to strengthen visibility and reputation as an employer of choice. * In partnership with Marketing Department develop and implement employer branding campaigns across the regions to attract diverse talent pools. * Monitor and improve candidate satisfaction, employer brand perception, and labor market competitiveness. Data, KPIs & Continuous Improvement * Define, track, and analyze KPIs across talent acquisition, mobility, employer branding, and workforce planning (e.g., time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, retention, diversity ratios, relocation satisfaction, cost). * Use HR analytics, market benchmarks, and predictive tools to enable data-driven decision making. * Regularly review processes, policies, and tools to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with global best practices. Leadership & Stakeholder Management * Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of talent acquisition, branding, and mobility professionals. * Act as a trusted advisor to the EVP HR, CEO, and senior leadership on global talent dynamics and workforce trends. * Partner with HR teams and management globally to drive best practices and ensure business alignment. * Build strong cross-functional relationships across the organization to support execution of strategic initiatives. Position requirements: * Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 10 years of progressive Talent Acquisition and Relocation experience, with at least 5 years in global leadership roles. * Proven experience in employer branding, workforce planning, and large-scale global recruitment and assessment tools. * Demonstrated ability to leverage digital recruitment technologies, AI-driven sourcing, ATS platforms, and advanced analytics. * Background in international organizations with a matrix structure. * Excellent negotiation, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. * Highly fluent in English.
