Head of Digital Products | Fattal Hotels Fattal Hotels , Israel’s leading hospitality chain, is looking for a Head of Digital Products to lead our digital ecosystem across eCommerce, mobile, and internal platforms. In this strategic and hands-on role, you’ll define and execute the digital product vision, lead a talented team of Product Managers and Content experts, and drive innovation, UX excellence, and data-driven growth. What you’ll do: * Define the digital product vision and strategy, developing a long-term roadmap aligned with business goals. * Lead and mentor Product and Content teams, establishing structured product methodologies from discovery to optimization. * Foster a culture of experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and rapid iteration. * Optimize UX, conversion funnels, and guest journeys to maximize engagement and revenue. * Stay ahead of digital trends, adopting innovative technologies and best practices. * Manage technology vendors to ensure quality, performance, and innovation. * Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, IT, data, and operations to deliver top-tier digital solutions. What you bring: * 5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or Head of Product role. * Proven experience in eCommerce websites
– a strong advantage. * Demonstrated success leading end-to-end product lifecycle, from vision to delivery. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira/Confluence. * A hands-on, strategic, and execution-oriented mindset – comfortable switching between high-level planning and detailed problem-solving. * Data-driven mindset with a passion for experimentation, analytics and optimization. * Strong technical background with experience collaborating closely with R&D and understanding, APIs, integration and software architecture. * Awareness of AI opportunities and the ability to integrate AI capabilities into product strategy. * Experience with tools like Google Analytics, GTM, A/B testing platforms. * Hospitality or travel-tech experience is a strong advantage.
