About The Role You will own and drive the development of intelligent design capabilities across all verticals, ensuring consistency, innovation, and engagement across the platform. You’ll guide a team of Product Designers in delivering strategic, high-impact solutions and turning complex AI and technological capabilities into intuitive, user-friendly experiences. What You Will Be Doing * Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Product Designers across all verticals, instilling a mobile-first, AI-first mindset. * Define and execute the horizontal design strategy, creating seamless connections across Real Estate, Vehicles, Goods, and Jobs. * Drive AI-powered experiences, including conversational, predictive, and generative UX patterns. * Partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate complex technology into cohesive, intuitive experiences. * Build and scale a shared design system for multiple verticals and dynamic content. * Lead rapid prototyping, experimentation, and data-informed design to validate AI-driven features. * Align with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams around a shared design vision and roadmap. Your Skills And Experience * 8+ years in Product Design, with 3+ years in senior horizontal design leadership. * Proven experience or strategic understanding of how to build trust in AI enabled products. * Experience at a large-scale consumer tech company (mobile experience preferred). * Portfolio demonstrating systematic thinking, cross-vertical impact, and problem-solving beyond “pretty screens.” * Strong leadership presence and ability to influence cross-functional teams. * Fluent in English.
