Head of Data & Business Analytics Zap Group is Israel’s largest consumer digital group, reaching over 17 million users every month across platforms like zap.co.il, Zap Market, and Zap Doctors. We operate at real scale. We generate massive amounts of data. Now we’re looking for the right leader to turn that data into real business leverage. This is not a classic “Head of Data” role. It’s a step-up opportunity for someone who wants to grow into broader business leadership

You’ll sit close to the heart of the business, working directly with executive leadership and influencing decisions around revenue, pricing, growth, and products. What you’ll do: * Lead Zap’s data and analytics function as a true business partner * Work closely with the CEO, CFO, and leadership team on core strategic and commercial decisions * Build analytical frameworks that answer real business questions (not dashboards for decoration) * Identify where AI and advanced analytics can create meaningful commercial impact
– and lead those initiatives * Define KPIs, measure impact, and help turn insights into action * Help shape how the data and analytics capability evolves over time
– tools, focus, and ways of working Who we’re looking for: * 4–7+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, or Business Analysis roles * Strong analytical thinking combined with a clear business mindset * Experience working with large-scale data and translating it into insights that drive decisions * Comfortable being close to numbers, trade-offs, and outcomes * Ambitious, curious, and eager to grow into a broader leadership role * You don’t need to have “done it all already.” * You do need to be sharp, proactive, and ready to take ownership.
