This position requires a collaborative mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to guide clients through a transformative HR journey. Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors modules for diverse clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their HR needs and provide tailored SuccessFactors solutions
• Guide project teams in the successful execution of implementation plans, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of SuccessFactors solutions prior to deployment
• Provide training and support to clients and internal team members on SuccessFactors best practices and functionalities
• Stay updated on SuccessFactors updates and industry trends to offer innovative solutions to clients Requirements
• 2+ years of experience with SuccessFactors implementation and configuration
• Experience with at least 3 full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementations
• Investigate and support HR issues, including organization design, HR implications of business transformation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
