Description We are looking for a GTM Manager to join monday’s global GTM team and lead our revenue growth across regions, segments, and motions. You’ll own the end-to-end GTM motion for new accounts, from strategy to execution with cross functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Enablments, CS). About The Role * Define and continuously refine ICPs, personas, and buying journeys using data, customer insights, and market signals. * Build differentiated positioning and integrated GTM plans for new products, verticals, and regions. * Drive pipeline growth through optimized GTM motions across PLG, direct sales, SLG, and partners. * Lead AI-driven GTM and sales initiatives (e.g., buyer intelligence, next-best-action, enablement tools). * Partner with sales and pre-sales to improve demos, storytelling, deal strategy, and win rates. * Develop buyer and pipeline intelligence frameworks, including win/loss analysis and ICP-fit scoring. * Ensure strong cross-functional alignment and global visibility into GTM performance and learnings. Requirements * 6+ Experience in GTM, or Marketing in a SaaS or product-led company. * Experience in working with enterprise customers and internal executives. * Proven ability to drive growth and scale new business. * Strong understanding of revenue, pipeline, and growth metrics. * Highly data-driven, comfortable working with insights and experimentation. * Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product. * Strong communication and storytelling skills in English. * Proactive, hands-on, and excited about building and scaling GTM motions.
