Lead governance and investment prioritization, ensuring clear value tracking, risk management, and informed recommendations to the CIO and ELT. Oversee technology and process integrations related to operating
• model changes, M&A, and post
• merger integration. Manage vendor relationships, shape the partner ecosystem, negotiate value, and own a significant multi
• year budget with a focus on cost control and productivity. Build, coach, and develop a high
• performing global team and leadership bench, fostering accountability, collaboration, and a strong people
• first culture. Translate strategy into measurable outcomes, communicate clearly during change and incident situations, and align stakeholders across Product & Tech and Corporate Functions. Who we are looking for: 15+ years of experience in Corporate IT, Infrastructure, Network, or Workplace domains, including 7+ years in senior leadership roles.
