Partner with the CISO to embed security controls, policies, and risk management frameworks across all regions. Ensure global business continuity, resilience, and audit readiness. Lead governance and investment prioritization, ensuring clear value tracking, risk management, and informed recommendations to the CIO and ELT. Oversee technology and process integrations related to operating
• model changes, M&A, and post
• merger integration. Manage vendor relationships, shape the partner ecosystem, negotiate value, and own a significant multi
• year budget with a focus on cost control and productivity. Build, coach, and develop a high
• performing global team and leadership bench, fostering accountability, collaboration, and a strong people
• first culture. Translate strategy into measurable outcomes, communicate clearly during change and incident situations, and align stakeholders across Product & Tech and Corporate Functions. Who we are looking for: 15+ years of experience in Corporate IT, Infrastructure, Network, or Workplace domains, including 7+ years in senior leadership roles.
