We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities: * Source candidates through diverse channels and screen applications. * Conduct Zoom interviews with candidates from the EU, Israel and the US and coordinate hiring processes. * Maintain candidate records using applicant tracking systems (Recruit). * Stay updated on industry trends for optimal talent acquisition. * Help with HR operations: onboarding tasks, scheduling meetings, equipment orders and events in Israel. Requirements: * A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter in the global market for a start-upSaaS company. * Fluent English (mandatory) and Hebrew (a plus). * Familiarity with recruitment tools such as ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc. * CRM and AI tools experience
– an advantage. * Strong communication skills. * Positive mindset and great people skills. * Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities, self-motivated and capable of independent work. * Open-minded and adaptable. * Willingness to work in the US time zone for at least 2-3 days a week when recruiting from this market. * Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, or a related field.
