As a Global HR & Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a key role in supporting Appcharge’s rapid global growth. This is a highly impactful, hands-on role combining end-to-end global recruitment with strategic and operational HR partnership. You will support global teams across Israel, APAC, Europe, and the US, primarily for Sales and Customer Success roles, while closely partnering with managers and stakeholders across regions. Responsibilities Global Talent Acquisition * Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for global roles, from sourcing to offering, primarily across Sales and Customer Success functions. * Build and maintain strong, proactive talent pipelines across multiple geographies using diverse sourcing strategies and channels. * Partner closely with hiring managers in the US, APAC, and Europe to deeply understand business needs and translate them into effective hiring strategies. * Ensure a high-quality candidate experience, with clear communication, professionalism, and alignment with Appcharge’s culture and values. * Develop and continuously improve recruitment strategies using data, insights, and market knowledge. * Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify challenges, optimize processes, and improve hiring outcomes. HR Partnership & Employee Lifecycle * Serve as an HR partner to global managers and employees, providing guidance and support across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes. * Handle day-to-day employee inquiries and provide practical, people-centered solutions. * Support employee growth and development by leading and participating in 1:1 conversations, check-ins, and ongoing people development processes. * Collaborate with managers to ensure alignment with HR policies, processes, and best practices. * Work closely with Legal and Finance teams on employment-related topics, compliance, and global workforce matters. * Contribute to broader HR initiatives related to employee experience, engagement, and people operations. Requirements * 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within global startup or high-growth environments. * Proven experience managing end-to-end global recruitment processes across multiple regions, with a strong understanding of the challenges, nuances, and complexities of hiring in diverse international markets. * Familiarity with employment laws and labor regulations in APAC, Europe, and the US (including countries such as Japan, China, Korea, and the US). * Experience working with EOR / global employment platforms, preferably Deel. * Experience working with HRIS systems, preferably HiBob and Comeet. * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field. * Highly organized, data-oriented, and able to manage multiple processes in parallel. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with stakeholders across geographies. * High level of English proficiency (native or near-native), Hebrew is required. * Flexibility to collaborate across time zones as needed. Nice To Have * Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Consulting, or a related field. * Proven experience as an HR Partner / HRBP, providing hands-on support to managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle. * Experience recruiting for global Sales, BD, and commercial roles
