About the Role: A growing technology company in the video and digital media ecosystem is looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join its R&D team. The team builds advanced technology that enables publishers and content creators worldwide to deliver engaging video experiences and optimize content monetization. In this role, you will take a senior, hands-on position developing and maintaining key frontend components related to video player technology. You will play a central role in designing scalable solutions, improving performance, and delivering high-quality user experiences. You will collaborate closely with Product, Backend, and other engineering teams while contributing to architecture decisions and the evolution of the frontend codebase. Responsibilities: Lead development of core frontend components, focusing on video player functionality and performance. Design and implement scalable, high-performance frontend architecture. Develop advanced features using Vanilla JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks Take ownership of features from ideation through design, development, and deployment Improve the scalability, reliability, and performance of the frontend codebase Optimize web applications and identify performance bottlenecks Build responsive, mobile-friendly interfaces Collaborate closely with Product and Backend teams to deliver high-quality features Write clean, maintainable, production-grade code and help establish engineering best practices Requirements: Experience working in the core development team of a SaaS company, where technology is embedded into customer websites via JavaScript snippets, SDKs, or similar integrations. 4+ consecutive years of experience with Vanilla JavaScript – mandatory 3+ years of frontend development experience, including hands-on experience with Vue.js Strong experience optimizing web performance and frontend architecture Expertise in building mobile-responsive web applications Deep understanding of browser APIs and frontend performance optimization Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently Excellent collaboration skills and experience working in cross-functional teams Work Environment: Hybrid working model (3 days per week in the office) Dynamic and collaborative R&D environment, modern office and team-oriented culture
