– we’re a movement toward better living through smarter food. Role Description We’re looking for a Food Technologist to join our growing development team in Kiryat Ono (full-time, on-site). In this role, you’ll play a central part in shaping the future of Sweetango’s product line — from concept to launch. You’ll lead the formulation and development of innovative food products, conduct sensory evaluations, design lab experiments, and ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance. You’ll also collaborate closely with marketing and manufacturing teams to bring new ideas to life, maintaining Sweetango’s reputation for taste, innovation, and health excellence. Responsibilities R&D projects and product innovation initiatives Develop and optimize formulations for new food products Conduct sensory, nutritional, and shelf-life testing Oversee quality assurance and production scale-up processes Stay up to date with food technology trends, ingredients, and regulations Qualifications B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Food Technology, Biotechnology, or related field Minimum 4 years of experience in food development or R&D leadership Strong background in sensory evaluation, formulation, and QC Proven ability to lead development cycles from lab to production Passion for healthy, innovative, and functional food products Experience with low-sugar, high-protein, or functional foods — an advantage If you’re passionate about innovation, flavor, and health — we’d love to meet you.
