This is a dynamic role that combines test flights, system testing, and close collaboration with engineering teams. The position involves operating drones in various environments while supporting the development and validation of new technologies. Responsibilities Perform drone flights for testing, validation, and operational missions. Conduct flight operations in varied field conditions. Ensure compliance with safety procedures, operational protocols, and regulatory requirements. Document, report, and analyze flight data and test results. Work closely with engineering teams to support system development, testing, and improvements. Requirements Proven experience piloting drones in line
• of
• sight (LOS) flight modes, including Stabilized / Acro. Technical mindset and the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies. Basic understanding of electrical and electronic systems. Strong sense of responsibility, composure under pressure, and real
• time decision
• making ability. Advantages Military experience in drone operations. Valid drone pilot license. Technical knowledge in drone building, integration, and system calibration. Familiarity with tools such as Betaflight or ArduPilot Mission Planner.
