We’re Hiring: Financial Controller (Public Company) A leading public company in the entrepreneurial/contracting real estate sector is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our team. �� Location: Netanya area �� Position Type: Full-time (with willingness to work additional hours as needed) Key Requirements: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – חובה Minimum 3 years of experience as a Controller in a public company בתחום הנדל"ן היזמי/קבלני – חובה Proven experience with consolidated financial statements – חובה Experience working with the Securities Authority – חובה Strong knowledge of urban renewal projects – חובה Team player with excellent collaboration skills – חובה Role & Responsibilities: Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements Responsibility for group financial consolidation Handling complex accounting and tax matters at the group level Liaising with external auditors and professional accounting teams Working closely with tax departments and external tax advisors Managing and overseeing tax reports Ensuring compliance with IFRS standards Cross-functional collaboration with departments including urban renewal, legal, and engineering Oversight and development of financial systems, including ongoing operations Management responsibility over bookkeeping team Preparation of management reports and forecasts for the board and executive management Systems & Tools: Priority Excel Rakefet If you meet the above criteria and are looking for your next challenge in a dynamic and growing environment, we’d love to hear from you.
