Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring a Financial Analyst & Banking Process Analyst for a financial organization Role Overview End-to-end analysis and definition of core banking business processes, including requirement gathering, evaluation of technological solutions, and translating business and regulatory needs into detailed functional specifications. The role involves leading professional topics, shaping workflows, proposing improvements, comparing alternatives, and coordinating between business, technology, and regulatory stakeholders. You will accompany development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle and prepare procedures and operational guidelines for bankers. Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in business process analysis and requirements definition – required
• Academic degree – required
• Experience implementing and leading regulatory processes – advantage
• Background in the financial/banking/fintech sector – strong advantage
