Financial Analyst I – Trust & Safety Team Are you passionate about finance and data-driven decision-making? What You’ll Do: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Product, Operations, and Product Development. Analyze complex financial data to uncover trends, variances, and actionable insights. Prepare detailed forecasting reports to support strategic decision-making. Optimize budget sources and help build next-year financial strategic planning. Develop dynamic dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau or QuickSight to visualize key financial metrics. Identify efficiency opportunities and cost-saving measures, partnering with leaders to evaluate the financial impact of initiatives and investments. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role. Strong expertise in corporate finance, budgeting, and forecasting. Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). Ability to synthesize complex financial data and present insights to non-financial stakeholders. Experience with Tableau, QuickSight, or Qlik dashboards is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English, comfortable presenting to leadership. Why us?
