We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead diverse and complex projects in the field of long-term savings. This is an end-to-end role that spans multiple business areas and systems, driving projects from budget approval through to go-live. Key Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end financial projects across domains and systems, from budgeting to implementation * Full accountability for project scope, budget, timelines, and deliverables * Manage and track tasks according to project plans, working with multiple stakeholders * Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA teams, end users, and both internal and external partners * Report directly to the Head of the Project Management Department, as part of a professional PM team Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field * At least 3 years of proven experience managing complex projects within IT organizations, using diverse technologies and methodologies * Strong experience in matrix management * Proven track record of leading end-to-end projects in large organizations * Significant advantage: Experience in IT and business projects within the insurance industry, including regulatory projects * Strong ownership of scope, budget, timelines, and cross-domain integration * Ability to manage multiple projects, processes, and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment * System-wide, process-oriented, and business/technology perspective, with strong attention to detail * Previous experience as a developer or systems analyst in complex projects/applications – an advantage This position is open to both men and women.
