• up, aging analysis, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Vendor payments management: AP oversight, payment scheduling, and accuracy control. Handling payment errors, discrepancies, refunds, and credits Daily work with multiple financial, billing, payment, and operational systems. Providing financial support to sales and operations teams. • day collaboration with operational teams across the organization. Ongoing interface with management and the broader Finance team, including reporting, insights, and issue escalation. • 5+ years of experience, specifically in Technology / High
• Tech audit teams / Economic, advisory, or financial consulting departments At least one hands
• on role in a technology company, such as Assistant Controller / Finance Operations / Finance Analyst with operational ownership In addition to that: Strong background in Finance / Accounting / Economics Proven experience working with Accounting teams and external auditors Solid understanding of financial statements and close processes Hands
• on experience with Finance Operations (billing, collections, banks, reconciliations) High proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets Experience working with multiple financial and operational systems Highly hands
