To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Field Service & Training Specialist to join our team in Israel. Location: GROHE Israel, Yitzhak Rabin 1, Petah Tikva – Global Towers, Building A, 19th Floor Your Impact As a Field Service & Training Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring technical excellence, training, and compliance across internal teams and external partners. You will deliver hands-on field support, enhance technician expertise, and ensure our service standards remain best in class. What You’ll Do Training & Development * Provide technical support and advice to internal teams (Call Centre, Customer Care, Sales, Projects) and external partners (dealers, installers). * Design and deliver engaging training sessions to improve technical and product knowledge. * Monitor technician performance and provide structured feedback to drive continuous improvement. Field Operations * Conduct on-site visits to resolve technical issues and deliver practical, hands-on solutions. * Act as the main escalation point for complex cases requiring technical expertise. Systems & Tools * Manage and track technical issues using JIRA, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution. Inventory & Stock Alignment * Collaborate closely with the Field Service Specialist to align technical needs with stock availability and planning. Customer Care Centre Support * Serve as the on-site technical contact for the Customer Care Centre, offering real-time support and guidance. Compliance & Safety * Ensure all service activities comply with safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies. * Promote a strong culture of compliance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Need * Proven experience in field service, technical support, or training roles. * Strong background in delivering technical training and coaching to diverse teams. * Knowledge of industry regulations (sanitaryware or consumer goods experience is an advantage). * Proficiency in JIRA (preferred) and SAP (a plus). * Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills. * Strong English and Hebrew proficiency. * Service-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
