– Imagine That is an event creation company based in Israel, specializing in custom events for both private and corporate clients. Role Description * This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Designer at Windman – Imagine That. * You will lead end-to-end concept development and translate creative ideas into spatial experiences across conferences, brand events, and large-scale productions. * Day-to-day work includes developing sketches and layout options, producing fabrication-ready production specs, preparing 3D visualizations/renderings, collaborating with the safety engineer for plan approvals, and supporting producers during budget checkpoints and build-outs. * You’ll attend kickoffs and internal reviews, refine designs based on client feedback, and be present on site to mark elements, verify quality against specs, and help resolve last-minute issues. Qualifications * 3+ years as an Interior/Event Designer (events/exhibitions/retail/stage). * End-to-end concept development to fabrication-ready specs; strong plan/layout drafting & 3D viz (AutoCAD/Revit; SketchUp/Rhino/3ds Max/Lumion). * High accuracy on measurements/materials with a feasibility mindset. * Safety-aware; collaborate with safety engineers for approvals. * Strong teamwork with Producers, Client Managers, Graphic Designers, and fabricators; on-site support under tight timelines (mark-ups, QA, close gaps). * Organized with solid version control (Drive, Monday, asset libraries); Hebrew & English. Nice to Have * Experience in brand environments/experiential marketing * Knowledge of signage, wayfinding, and sponsor/partner installations * Hands-on familiarity with materials, joinery, and fabrication methods (wood, metal, print, lighting) What You’ll Do * Lead concept-to-fabrication: plans, element drawings, spec tables, and 3D visuals. * Coordinate safety approvals and code compliance. * Partner with Producers on budgets/timelines while safeguarding design intent. * Join site scouts/measurements; support build-outs (mark-ups, QA, sign-off). * Maintain organized archives and contribute post-event learnings.
