• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of ERP systems. Oversee daily ERP operations, ensuring reliability, security, and performance. Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and IT to streamline processes. Shape ERP strategy, roadmaps, and system improvements that align with business goals. Manage vendors, budgets, and global teams while fostering system adoption and best practices. Mentor and develop ERP analysts, administrators, and support staff. Requirements What We’re Looking For 7+ years’ experience in ERP management/implementation; proven success in leading major ERP projects. 5+ years managing teams and vendors; experience in global/industrial companies preferred. Strong business process analysis and improvement background. Deep ERP expertise (QAD a plus), with knowledge of integrations, databases, and cloud/on
