• Manage and advise on tax and trust aspects under Section 102 of the Israeli Income Tax Ordinance
• Provide tax guidance for employee equity compensation transactions
• Collaborate with the Israeli Tax Authority, clients, and external advisors Requirements:
• Licensed Attorney in Israel or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• 3+ years of experience in taxation – preferably with Section 102
• Strong ability to work independently, high professionalism, and excellent interpersonal skills
• High-level English – spoken and written
