MANO MARITIME LTD is seeking an experienced Entertainment Manager for the 2026 season aboard the Crown Iris. This is an international onboard position. Shore-based roles in Israel are not applicable. Open to candidates with cruise ship experience worldwide. The position also fulfills the function of Cruise Director, serving as the public face of onboard entertainment and guest engagement. About the role The Entertainment Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering all entertainment and social programming onboard. The role includes leading the entertainment team, coordinating with Hotel and Marine departments, and ensuring a consistently high-quality guest experience. Key responsibilities * Plan, manage, and host daily and special onboard entertainment events * Oversee all social programs and guest activities * Serve as the primary guest-facing representative for entertainment and feedback * Coordinate closely with Hotel, Shore Excursions, and senior officers * Conduct passenger safety briefings in cooperation with ship’s officers * Supervise, train, and evaluate entertainment staff * Ensure compliance with ISM Code, STCW, and company procedures * Manage schedules, requisitions, and required documentation Requirements * Minimum 3 years’ experience as Entertainment Manager and/or Cruise Director onboard cruise vessels * Proven experience onboard international cruise ships (mandatory) * Background in entertainment, hospitality, or performing arts (preferred) * Valid STCW Basic Safety Training certification * Very good command of English (additional languages an advantage) * Strong leadership, public speaking, and organizational skills * Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multicultural, guest-facing environment Shore-based or land-only entertainment experience will not be considered.
