As our Employee Experience, Office Manager & PA to the CEO, you’ll be the person everyone relies on: the one who builds community, elevates daily life in the office, strengthens culture, and keeps our fast-paced operations running smoothly. What You’ll Own & Lead: Employee Experience & Welfare * Design and deliver a year-round employee experience strategy that boosts connection, culture, and belonging both in the Israeli and American team. * Own the welfare budget and bring it to life through creative Happy Hours, cultural events, holidays, and milestone celebrations. * Lead internal communication and help strengthen ZoomREI’s values across teams. * Partner with department heads on team-building and departmental engagement activities. * Produce flagship company events summer, winter, and major company-wide gatherings. HR Support * Lead a seamless, memorable onboarding experience that makes every new employee feel instantly at home. * Manage system setup, documentation, and onboarding agendas. * Keep the Accountability Chart, HRIS and ATS updated and aligned. * Coordinate structured offboarding and ensure smooth transitions. * Support recruitment operations through initial candidate communication, PI assessments, and interview scheduling. Office Operations * Own the entire “look & feel” of the office to create a vibrant, clean, inspiring environment every day. * Oversee all office operations: inventory, logistics, weekly purchasing, vendor management, and facilities. * Maintain strong relationships with building management and cleaning teams. * Manage meeting room calendars, catering, workshops, and cross-team operations. * Track office expenses and maintain operational discipline. Executive Assistant to the CEO * Provide strategic calendar management and administrative partnership to the CEO. * Coordinate internal and international meetings. * Handle business travel, logistics, and itineraries. * Submit expenses (Ramp) and support high-level operational tasks. * Maintain the CEO’s workspace and ensure daily readiness. What We’re Looking For * Experience in office management, welfare, operations, or EA roles. * Full-time on-site availability (Sun/Tue/Thu 09:00–18:00, Mon/Wed 13:00–22:00)
