Electronics Technician / Practical Engineer – Airborne Systems Support Southern Israel | Defense Industry We are hiring for a leading defense company in southern Israel, supporting advanced airborne systems in operational environments. This is a one-year contract role, with a possibility of extension What You’ll Do: * Perform preventive and ongoing maintenance of advanced airborne systems * Provide technical troubleshooting and system-level fault resolution * Deliver remote (phone) and on-site support * Lead and execute the implementation of multidisciplinary systems in the field * Manage end-to-end deployment projects of operational systems * Work closely with technical representatives abroad and local subcontractors * Write work instructions, technical procedures, and ongoing reports Company vehicle (pickup truck) included Requirements: * Proven technical background in complex military systems (including component-level / depot-level experience) – Must * Strong knowledge of computer systems and communication networks – Must * Experience working with multi-disciplinary systems – Must * Valid driver’s license – Must * Fluent English (spoken & written) – Must * Experience in report writing and technical documentation – Must ⭐ Nice to Have: * Russian – advantage * Active civil security clearance – advantage
